As a platform artist with Nick Arrojo and a former Goldwell educator, Derek has become an expert razor and scissor cutter and master colorist with a high level of skill. In 2011 his longtime dream was realized with the opening of D. Anthony. With a commitment to education and a dedication to excellence in technical skill, Derek created the culture that has driven the success for D. Anthony and built a team of highly educated and talented stylists. As a leader with a true passion for his craft, Derek looks to make every woman in his chair feel the sexiest and most confident she can be.

Master Stylist

With over a decade of experience, Sabrina is a true example of hard work, dedication, and commitment to her craft. As a licensed professional, her passion has taken her skills to new heights. Sabrina has been trained in numerous well known color brands, and is considered a specialist in Hair Painting and Balayage. Sabrina’s experience and talents range from razor and scissor cutting to hair painting, multi-dimensional color, and corrective color. She’s also certified in tape-in Easihair pro hair extensions. Sabrina was honored to have been a part of working on editorial shoots with Arrojo, and her work is featured in many of the D. Anthony collections and looks. As a professional, Sabrina is committed to consistently providing her clients with excellent service as well as educating them with tools and products to maintain their looks at home.

Senior Stylist

Charisma started as a student in makeup school in NYC which led her to enroll at Arrojo Cosmetology School where she found her true passion. After joining our team and our training program, it was clear that Charisma was a dedicated worker who was determined to succeed.

“I love putting a smile on my clients face and making them feel the best version of themselves” says Charisma. She’s a gifted and natural artist who is inspired by all of her surroundings. Her motivation is fueled by making her dreams into a reality and wanting to push herself to grow and evolve.

Those who know Charisma describe her as fun loving, hard working, precise, detail oriented, and incredibly diligent. She loves the support she receives from Derek Anthony as well as the entire team and enjoys how she is encouraged to grow, push through boundaries, and challenge herself. We can’t wait to see what is in store for her in her career and know she’s capable of anything she puts her mind to.

Senior Stylist

Carly’s attraction to the beauty industry came through her desire and passion for creativity. “I have always been passionate about helping others and working as a hair stylist has given me the chance to help clients feel confident,” says Carly.

Carly also loves the creative outlet that cutting and coloring hair has provided for her. Meeting different people and helping them achieve the looks they desire is an amazing experience that she loves on a daily basis. She finds inspiration in learning new skills and challenging herself to step outside of her comfort zone.

What does Carly love about the D. Anthony culture? She says, “working at D. Anthony has provided me with an opportunity to learn from all of the extremely dedicated stylists I work alongside of. I love working at D. Anthony because everyone shares the same passion and is dedicated to going above and beyond for each client.”
